Hello chictopias,
I’m back.
Let me apologize for the lack of posts (the last more than one month ago-omg!) but I was busy with university. I finally passed the difficult exam I had left and I’m now over with BA exams. I will write the thesis during summer and graduate in October :o)
I went a bit – well, even more than “a bit” actually- shopping in the meantime so I now have lots of new things to show you.
The latest new entry is this yellow skirt bought on Saturday at the local flea market. I love the bright yellow. It’s part of an ’80’s two-pieces suit and was actually under knee long. The blazer is a short-sleeves one. At first I wanted to buy only the blazer but they weren’t willing to sell them separately so I bought the skirt as well. I wanted to pass it over since I though it was too small but when I tried it on I was surprised that it fits me perfectly :o)
I cut it since the original length doesn’t suit me at all.
I paired it with a basic white top and a denim shirt I recently bought at Zara. I was looking for a denim shirt since long and hoped to find a second-hand one but unfortunately I didn’t. Therefore I decide to buy a new one (but vintage-inspired).
It has become my absolutely favourite piece for this summer. So versatile, basic yet so chic!
I finally add brown shoes and bag and a funny birdcage-form necklace.
