I was under the assumption that the wedding reception I attended yesterday would be in large venue with at least a dance floor. I guess it’s been a while since I’ve been to an Asian wedding. I’m glad I’ve decided to elope.
I was bitter that I couldn’t take a flower from the centerpiece, so I decided to take the bottle of champagne. But as the venue was small it would have looked bad for me to walk past the bride and groom with a bottle of champagne under my jacket; I settled for a beer.
This is what I wore Friday night for an evening with the besties, it seems to be a regular thing now. I made the skirt and it actually wasn’t finished when I wore it out, there still is no closure on the waistband so I held it up with a belt which I do believe I bought for a dollar. Blouse is from Old Navy’s children department. I had outgrown it for a while but since I’ve been losing weight for the past two months I decided to try it, of course it fit. Jacket was my dad’s (he’s a small man), don’t you love the zippers?!
