Today is the first Canada day that I am not celebrating in well, EVER! I’ve never NOT been in Canada on this day except for this year. You see, my (awesome) company that I was working for in Vancouver has relocated me to NY last October. So now I guess all I have to look forward to is my first ever July 4th!!! Which, in my opinion may probably be even more exciting as I love the whole Americana festivities that come along with it! fireworks??yeah! BBQ? bring it on…

But to show some love for my own country and represent here in NYC, I wear our colors, white and red. O.K, my blouse is technically Ivory but it’s close enough.

Oh and I see i’m in the running for style icon for the first time ever!! You guys make me blush everytime I read your comments!! really, chictopians are really nice people!!!
