Yes I cut my hair. I’m not exactly sure what I told my barber, but whatever it was, it turned out different than I expected. I kind of like it though. It sort of makes me look more kid-like. Especially with my Obi-Wan lightsaber in the second picture. GEEK. Anyway, it’s nice having a pound taken off my head (seriously, my hair weighs my head down and can give me headaches at some points). I kind of want to cut my hair even shorter…but maybe next time. It could be too traumatic for me.
I don’t usually buy t-shirts too often, but when I saw this Lego Star Wars t-shirt at Target for only $7.99 in the Boys’ Department, I just had to buy it. I love Lego Star Wars because, well, I love Legos and I love Star Wars. I couldn’t find a picture of the exact shirt, but here’s one that shows what it looks like…kind of. Except instead of Obi-Wan Kenobi, there’s Princess Leia.
I love Star Wars, and I have to say my favorite films were the first, the fourth, and the sixth films. I wasn’t too crazy about the second and third, mainly because older Anakin got on my nerves, and Padme died. However, I have to say that both Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan are my favorite characters. Especially Obi-Wan (hello Ewan McGregor!).
The funny thing is, I buy all these t-shirts and I don’t really wear them too often. I should get my money’s worth though (I mean, from Hot Topic these t-shirts go for about $20!). From now on, I’m going to try to find ways to wear them with my dresses and skirts.
What about you guys? Do you have really geeky shirts that you secretly love?
