Who knew a thrift store dress turned top would be the topic of conversation between Andre Leon Talley & Simon Doonan?!
This morning I cut the sequined dress into a top & tucked it into my Levi boyfriend jeans and threw on my Chanel ballet flats & pearl studs to complete the look.
