An outfit fit for a classics major! Elegant but also with attitude. I love the overall feel of the oufit. The bag's definitely a steal. Also reminds me of the bags that Japanese school children used to carry (they're uber-cute).
You always find lots of good deals at thfit stores! I wish I have that much luck.
lovely just lovely! i totally know what you mean by having to rush in the mornings! i used to have a uniform as well, ah gone are the days when i could just grab the hideous thing, pull it on and go! now i spend (most) mornings standing in my room full of clothes and nothing to wear >< i'm always torn between my failsafe/no-brainer outfits and sharing the love with other neglected pieces #sigh#^^"
hah that happened to me in the mornings for class. I considered it a real accomplishment to stay in the same thing all day.

A typical school outfit for me. I usually have to be out the door by 8:00 am so I usually throw on whatever clothes I have laying around my room and change into something else during a break. My apartment is only a block away from campus, thank goodness!
I used to wear a uniform to school prior to entering college so coordinating outfits on a daily basis is still somewhat new to me. I actually kind of miss it sometimes but only on days when I’m really bored with my clothes and can’t find anything to wear.
I have a lot of messenger bags but this one is definitely my favorite. I bought it at Salvation Army for a steal: $3! I nabbed it before looking at the brand and later realized that it was Coach! I love getting lucky in thrift stores :D
I’ve probably said this before but I’m a Comparative Literature major studying ancient Greek, Latin, and Spanish. The book in my hand contains a few dialogues by Plato in Greek.
