I woke up today really wanting to wear this ruffled, lacy blouse. I was also inspired by some old Sartorialist pics to mix up the colors and textures in my outfit. So I paired it with the tweed skirt, blue cardigan and red scarf (in my hair). I liked the outcome and chose black flats since I was going to be walking alot in the city.
