I really love the thought of the bolero jacket. I’ve always looked at them as great toppers for any outfits. When I came across this Tracy Reese one at Beacon’s closet last weekend I knew I wanted it in my wardrobe. How would I wear it? With what?? Answers to these questions, I had no clue. I mean, it’s beaded so delicately on this very thin ivory/cream mesh fabric, and has a cute little cap sleeve. Pairing it with black was too Holiday-ish, and with jeans, well, it looked out of place. So this is what I came up with: my kensiegirl jersey skirt (which rides up when I walk and makes the boys holler), my F21 racer back tank and my Grey Seychelle heels. I kept everything pretty low-key except for my accessories. I have my diy headband, two rings, and gold dangly earrings.
So as you can see much thought went into this outfit and I was pretty happy going to work. That is, until the weather turned for the worst and it got super windy and cold.UGHH!! PLEASE! I just want Summer to get here!!!
On another note, please follow me on my blog I still need to learn how to make it all fancy pants but for now you’ll have to make do with how it is. (if anyone wants to teach me how to make it look shnazzy, please email me!!)
