This is my latest DIY project. I call it the “Fringe Fever”.
I got this little black cotton dress from my closet. It’s very comfortable but I found it got a little too boring, so I added some flavor.
Materials:
Scissors, needle & thread, denim fabric or an old pair of jeans or any denim clothing you have not worn for years.
Directions:
* Cut out rectangular pieces of denim, I did 6 pieces for this.
* Fold each piece crosswise and place them neatly unto the neckline.
* Stitch each piece in place. For a faster procedure, I stitched each piece on the middle with an “x” mark. It saves time and effort, and it looks cooler.
* When everything is in place, grab your scissors and cut small fringes.
There you have it! ;)
