This is my latest DIY project. I call it the “Fringe Fever”.
I got this little black cotton dress from my closet. It’s very comfortable but I found it got a little too boring, so I added some flavor.
Scissors, needle & thread, denim fabric or an old pair of jeans or any denim clothing you have not worn for years.
Directions:Cut out rectangular pieces of denim, I did 6 pieces for this. Fold each piece crosswise and place them neatly unto the neckline. Stitch each piece in place. For a faster procedure, I stitched each piece on the middle with an “x” mark. It saves time and effort, and it looks cooler. When everything is in place, grab your scissors and cut small fringes.
There you have it! ;)
