Every now and again, I indulge my need for beautiful vintage designer pieces despite the fact that my bank account is not so happy.

I have the absolute best go-to designer vintage store called I Miss You Vintage. It’s small and cozy and fairly undiscovered as it’s pretty off the beaten track. They have a studio and do an excellent job preserving/restoring designer pieces. They also seem to have the BEST selection of like… anywhere… Chanel, YSL, Missoni, Prada, Sonia Rykiel, etc etc

So, the other day, as I was stopping in to the store next door to pick up a Alexander Wang tee, I could not resist looking in to I Miss You just to see what they had. Lo and behold… a beautiful silk sheer Christian Lacroix top! How could I say no? Nude being the only colour I feel like wearing right about now, I had to have it. sigh…

There’s a lovely little silk ribbon that wraps around it, a gorgeous draped back, and a delicate floral pattern. Love!
