Black Silver Ocean...

I went to a thirft store about a week ago and I wasn’t really in the mood to browse very much (which is rare) but it was because I didn’t have time.

Before I was ready to head out, magically out of no where I noticed this skirt!! It’s not vintage it’s actually from Target’s GO International line! I realized it was too big :( but no worries I altered it as a high-waisted skirt & I LOVE it.
