No, this is not the Bastille column! It's the Place Vendôme (Vendôme square), where you can see another column. This square is very famous : there is the Ministry of Justice, the prestigious Ritz Hotel and many famous fashion designers (Valentino) and jewellers (Chaumet, Dior, Bulgari, Van Cleef & Arpels...)..
