Every time I wear this shirt I get that song in my head. Which is a lot, because it’s become one of my favourites. It looks a bit like a 1950s men’s pajama top. It’s sheer, so when I wear it with high-waisted skirts or jeans, I wear a black lacy bra so it can show through. Today I thought the leggings + bra combination might be a bit vulgar, so I wore a nude lace singlet underneath.

There are some old and some new items here. Everything above the waist I’ve had for a while, but the Sass and Bide black rats leggings are new, as are little buckled booties (both are from eBay since I have no time to go shopping right now.) I had to take the leggings up about 1.5 feet since I’m so little.

I like the balance of relaxed, masculine layers, but in a pretty colour and soft fabrics to make it feminine.
