a cinched neckline and a racer-back with black piping. amazing fabric: lining is 100% cotton and outer: 50% rayon and 50% cotton. soft and comfortable for that summertime party. the flowers are a light lavender color to accent the cream color. the waist belt is removable if you want to dress it up with a flashier belt for that nighttime party.
