Tuesday night found me headed to Itaewon, the foreign area of Seoul to have dinner with my friend, an editor at Numero Korea. (For those living in Seoul, check out his top multishop picks on my blog seoulplay.wordpress.com)

I was going to go with a studded belt with this outfit but decided if anyone would appreciate neon, it would be him.

Plus, don’t think I didn’t plan for the orange neon lights of the seedy Hamilton Hotel to match my outfit.
