I love hot days in San Francisco because it happens very rarely, but when it does, it’s a freaking fashion show!

Anyway, I thought today would be a good day to try the paper bag waist look I’ve been dying to try. I finally have the right belt to carry the look and I can definitely wear this to the office. The bow-tie blouse and high-waisted skirt kinda has a retro/vintage vibe that I like. Or maybe it’s a cheeky secretarial look…

I got the skirt when Gap was actually cool and Old Navy was still the new kid in town. Yeah. It’s that old.
