I wore this out last night, first to Alison Lewis’ trunk show (so many pretty things! Including the most perfect black skirt with pockets I’ve ever seen!) and then later to see the Pains of Being Pure at Heart play at Bowery Ballroom.

This is my favorite dress at the moment, it’s really just the perfect thing for spring/summer. It’s light but not see-through (thank GOD, is anyone else sick of trying to figure out what the eff to wear under sheer tops and dresses, especially when it’s hot out???) and it has ruffles at the collar. Perfect! Last night I needed something on top (until I started doing some serious dancing, that is) but pretty soon I’ll be able to let it stand on its own. Summmmeeeeerrrrrr!
