Welcome to Co-ed Ugly!
Being a college student is tough, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be chic at the same time!
Here, I’ll share my thoughts, advice and just random musings on life as a college student. From cute outfits to wear to class to how to avoid looking like a hot sorority mess!
College is supposedly the “best years of your life”, so I hope you join me during this stress laden, exam-filled, party crashin’ time.
When I started college, I didn’t know a single person going to the same school. I was pretty nervous and dreading it at first, but soon realized change was necessary and a great way for me to make new friends whom shared the same interests as I did: A love for fashion and hot electro/rock music! That didn’t really happen for me though, seeing as I’m stuck in the middle of nowhere with a bunch of uncultured super nerds! But that’s another post…
Anyway, being that pretty much everyone else was in the same boat as I was, I was ready to make a great first impression. And what better way to make a statement about who you are than with your clothes?
Are you a prepster, sorority chick…hipster? It all shows in what you wear and people really do make judgments about you based on that first impression.
So, let your true colors shine on that first day of class!
Speaking of first impressions and seeing how this is my first post and all, I thought I’d show a few of my typical outfits that you’d see me wear; from a night out with the girls to going to shows in SF and just running around doing errands back in my hometown. What would you think? Weirdo? Loser? Asian sorority chick? (Oh god, I hope not).

*Sorry for the super boring backgrounds. That’s all going to change once I go back home and get my tripod!
