Throwbackk to Preen’s Spring 2007 ready-to-wear collection…

but this is one of the most amazing dresses ive ever seen from any ready-to-wear collection.

the color/style is amazing and ive recently seen the dress on Amy Winehouse and Gwyneth Paltrow
