CHIC LABEL: Maise

This is my attempt at trying to broaden the horizons of denim. For a lot of people, the concept of “designer” denim is limited to the realms of Seven, Citizens of Humanity, Hudson, etc. But like… what if you don’t want to wear a stupid design on your butt?

Introducing my new favorite denim line from the Aussie label Maise. I scanned some of my favorite looks from the collection. And check out their s/s 08 line as well (last picture).

A lot of people have questions about how to wear high-waisted jeans. I probably would have styled it just like this – sheer white pocket t, platforms, and red lips. Only thing missing is tons of jewelry and maybe the perfect leather jacket.
