Somehow I collect fun skirts. In all length, various colors and prints. And I have no explanation for this behavior. When I buy bags, shoes and blouses I invest in timeless pieces, but I go crazy when it comes to skirts. Like a magpie I feel attracted to every piece that is shiny or glittery. Some of my favorite pieces are a silver and a blue shiny coated leather skirt, my variety of black leather skirts and skirts with special details such as feathers, stones or sequins. Today’s post is about this pleated skirt with different kind of stripes. I found this skirt in Berlin and even though I visit Zara quite frequently (not a surprise!?), I’ve never seen this skirt before! I like to play around with the stripes of the skirt by combining it with an asymmetric top and a waistcoat. Having a few waistcoats helps you to try some new combinations - Especially white waistcoats are nice for a summerly look. Again, I added a white clutch and white plateau sandals – what can I say: travelling with only one piece of luggage somehow has its limits. Did you notice the “Alex” in the background? I also took these pictures with The Styleograph in Berlin. And even though I’ve been to Berlin quite often something happened this time – I think I’ve seriously fallen for this place….
