Adorable! Vintage 80s Red & Black plaid jumper mini dress. It’s a plaid somewhere between a Buffalo plaid (due to the squares & colors) but with a tartan twist. Can be worn with or without waist tie. Has a pointed tip inset waist and full skirt! Light enough for Spring & Summer!
