I am NOT regular enough here. Sorry. For one thing, I’ve been out of town – we decided to take a VERY last-minute trip to Baltimore / D.C.; and when I say last-minute, I mean last-minute. We joked about going at 2 p.m. on a Wednesday, and we were on the road two hours later. It was a wonderful trip, and I got to visit one of my favorite friends, and Baltimore is a great city. Maybe we’ll move there after all.
So I know pleather hot-pants are “out” or whatever, I mean I got these ON SALE at a very ‘trendy’ little boutique – so you really know they’re “out” at that point – but I wanted them and I love them. Can they ever really be out? They’ve been “in” off and on since at least the 50s.
The boots are also off-season, but my favorites. The glasses are silly, but I’m in a silly mood. The cardigan is 3/4 sleeve, perfect for this almost-warm-but-not-yet spring, and the excellent bird top is vintage from the shop. More details on it here. Perfect for a busy day of work & packing.
