I love skirts… in fact, I have an incessantly growing collection composed of more than a hundred pieces now (no joke). I most especially like irregular, asymmetrical cuts–think origami skirts, and I super adore loud and unique prints–tropical florals being the flavor of my Summer. So when I found this pale pink piece hanging on one of the racks in Zara Taipei, it went straight to my luggage (one of more, actually). It was only a matter of time for me to find the perfect occasion to use it. The opportunity came in the form of Blogger’s United 7 last May 10 in Metrotent Ortigas.
As you know, the Blogger’s United event, for the past 3 or so years have proven to be a great avenue for both bloggers and readers to interact. It’s also a great place for people to find once or never-used trendy clothing for a fraction of the price. Moreover, for hoarders like me, it’s a great alternative to keeping clothes you might not want to use again–making it easier to let go of one’s attachment to it because we know it’s going to a safe place.
