I was watching one of Jim Chapman's videos today and he "revealed" his secret to be more confident: don't give a damn about other people. And while I think that's a great philosophy in life (seriously, do it, it's useful) I started wondering: what if the source of your problems doesn't lie on what others are saying or doing, what if the problem comes from your own personality? What are we supposed to do then?
One of the things that I repeat to myself, 24 hours/7 days a week, is that things get better. Sometimes they have to get worse to get better but, eventually, the universe has a way of putting stuff in their place and not be such a son of a bitch. Wow, sorry for cursing there. Also, it's important to say that a person has different layers and can be insecure in many things while being confident in other areas. That's perfectly normal.
So tell me guys, do you have a 24/seven philosophy that you use in order to feel more confident? Let me know in a comment so I can apply it to my daily life.
