Confession: I am an inadvertent victim of RBF (otherwise known as: "B*tchy Resting Face"), which most friends and passerbys tend to assume is my "model face." I can assure you it's far from that, since I am no male model and - quite frankly - can only claim style authority on the clothes I have in my wardrobe. While I am busy resting my face in such mannerisms, I am constantly on-the-go, whether it's a meeting, press preview or appointment with a client, in my everyday essentials.

For the Spring/Summer months in LA, this means a linen white shirt, moderately oversized shades, an insanely functional yet chic Kao Pao Shu backpack and designer sneakers that make a statement but are still very, very comfortable for any task throughout the day. I am still getting to used to the idea of tying an article of clothing around my waist, because it so reminds me of my dreadful elementary school days...but I do like having an outer layer or jacket to be always within reach for sudden temperature drops that this city is known for!

Okay, so I want to know -- what are your favorite everyday basics and how do you personally style them? Bonus points for those who suffer from RBF.
