Just got back from Hong Kong the other day. Shopping in HK is awesome. Too bad everything is beyond my budget since I’m trying to save up for my Tokyo and Paris trips. I did manage to snag a bunch of Uniqlo shirts and this oversized sleeveless hoody that I’m wearing.

I haven’t bought anything lately except for my YSL jonny boots. I’m kind of getting bored with the same clothes that I keep on wearing so I figured I need to experiment. So here’s what I did: I played with my PAM cardigan and wore it upside down to have a drapey effect. I paired it with a cowl neck tee and a slim scarf. I don’t really want to spend crazy money on drop crotch pants so I ended up making one. I combined an old low-crotch pants and leggings. I pulled up the pants and kind of draped it on the calves area to have a more exaggerated effect. And then I wore black leggings underneath the pants. I finally got my new number nine boots pictured below. At first I didn’t like it but it is definitely growing on me. It’s very comfy!

I visited harputs market yesterday to check out the most talked about “swacket”. You can check it out at their website. Can’t wait to get my hands on one of those. I need to save up for one before I leave the country next month!

Anyway, the ever fabulous zana took this picture and posted it on her awesome blog garbage dress. It is always a pleasure seeing Zana. She’s a good source of inspiration!

Waiting to get these babies in the mail…yay!

OMG I just can’t get over this blazer…Lanvin is not really my style but when I saw this I just fell in love with it. It’s the perfect one button blazer. Anyway, I like the ruching on the side of the jacket and the subtle details on the sleeves. This piece is very simple yet there are awesome details that makes it an exceptional piece. If only I had $3K then I would have insta-cop this piece of art….
