I would describe my style as incredibly versatile, diverse, and exciting. If I had to pick one word, I would go with eclectic. I don’t like to limit myself to one genre or style. Some days I’m feeling preppy, some days funky, some times classy and elegant, and sometimes even, wild and sassy. Its all about letting your personality shine through. If I’m not having fun with it, then I really wonder “whats the point?”
Overall I try to approach each day with an excitement about creating my outfit. I love being able to work different looks and pieces and not being pigeon-holed into one particular facet of style. I’m definitely a multi-facet kind of girl and I refuse to apologize for it. I tend to go for very dramatic outfits, and I think that it must be because of my theater and dance background. Sometimes, I really adore things that others might find too “costumey” for their taste, but I feel right at home in them. Ballet tutu’s in everyday outfits? Check. Sequined dresses for running errands? Check. Strands of pearl necklaces that go for days? Check. The best outfit is not only one that you are comfortable in, but one that is interesting and eye-popping. The only REAL expression of art that you can make everyday is your fashion. It’s the one way to make a statement about your self and who you are that the world gets to see. So make it interesting.
