This morning I woke up and realized how many sunglasses I have and I only wear 2 of them. I have more than what’s shown in these pictures, these are the most recent one’s I’ve bought. Starting from front to back in the right row: first pair are H&M, I wear them all the time. 2nd in the row are hidious and I don’t know why I own them, the third pair is forever 21 (I think they’re my sisters). After that are a pair of black sunglasses that I found at one of those beach shops (where they sell all those tacky t-shirts and other touristy stuff) for $3! At the time I was in love with them but now I think “why did I buy those?!”. The entire left row are knockoff Dolche and Gabbana sunglasses or sunglasses you find at one of those beach shops. The only one out of that row I really wear are the teal ones from a beach store. I used to wear my knockoff Dolche and Gabbana aviators allll the time…. until the nose peice fell off (but that’s an easy fix).

So I’ve been putting this off for a few days and I might as well do it now. KHee tagged me as a beautiful blogger a few days ago so here are 7 facts about me!!=D
1. I am a total book nerd!!! I’ve read everything from Harry Potter to Gossip Girl (and everything in that genre) to Pride and Prejudice. I’m about to borrow the book Dear John from my friend. Oh and tagging along with this- I am a HUGEE Harry Potter fan! As in- the biggest harry potter nerd ever. :) teeheehee
2. I am in a marching band. I play clarinet and I am a rank leader for the clarinets (I’m in charge of teaching and fixing marching for everyone who plays clarinet in the marching band.). If you just saw me on the street (or on chictopia) I’m hoping that your first guess wouldn’t be “oh, she’s in marching band!!” =P because I would like to think that I don’t look like the hollywood stereotype of “band geek”! I’m first chair clarinet in my high school’s Wind Ensemble.
3.I have a purple hammock in my bedroom!! I’ll have to post some pictures of it some time for you guys!!
4. I am incredibly beast at mario games! Super Mario, Mario Party, MarioKart. haha :) i like the games on the original systems like Nintendo 64 and Gamecube. I’ve NEVER played on a ps2, px3, xbox, xbox360, or any of those types of things. i’ve owned a nintendo 64, a gamecube, and currently a Wii.
5. My bedroom is splatter painted with 6 different colors! Purple, pink, blue, orange, lime green, and a light brown. I splatter painted it with my best friend :)
6. I’m the worst person at math!! Algebra is okay but I"m horrible at Geometry. My teacher asked me if I were going to take Calculus next year and i bust up laughing :)
7. I have 4 pets; 2 dogs and 2 cats. The oldest dog is named Allie, she’s 10 and a black lab mix. What’s her mix, you ask? Her mix is stupid. Our youngest dog’s name is Persephone and she’s only 4 (or 5? i can’t remember.). Our 2 cats are the same age I think they’re 10 as well. Mine is named Kayorie and my sisters is named Kiara. Our oldest dog and our 2 cats have birthdays during the same month and same year.

My mom took this picture of me outside during the Blizzard of 2010! :) In some places, the snow was above my knee. In this picture I’m standing on a pile of wood so it’s only a few inches past my ankles. This pullover sweater doesn’t look THAT warm, but it is! Our power went out around 1:00 pm yesterday and didn’t come back on until 7:30pm!! Luckily it stayed on through the night and is currently on this morning. I’m crossing my fingers that it hopes to stay on!! I’m pretty sure that school will be closed until May! haha :P but seriously, we won’t be in school for a good week from what we already have… and we’re expected to get more snow on Tuesday. We still have tons of snow left over from the huge snow storm in December!!! Since my dad injured his back and my mom is still sick, my sister and I have to shovel the driveway, and back porch so our dogs can go to the backyeard without being lost forever to the 25 inches of snow! Haha but that’s okay because my sister and I will probably turn shoveling a driveway into a full-blown snow ball fight, or start making snow angels!!

This is a photo from the end of June so it’s in no way recent :). I just really like the sunglasses and cross-back tank top (even though it’s in black and white and you can’t see the designs on either of them!). I’m going to post a picture of them in color sometime so you can.

I love my sweater from wet seal!:) it’s nice and warm. It goes great with my olive green dress which I actually wore to homecoming this year! It’s so beautiful. I actually found it at T.J. Maxx over the summer as a size 12 and for $7! So what it was huge on me, I couldn’t resist ;) so we took it to get it altered. My Oma bought my sister and I these ‘weatherproof’ boots for christmas- and at first I wasn’t in love but they’ve become very handy now that theres snow on the ground and my feet are frozen. there’s fur lining along the tongue and inside of the boots.
This weekend has been extremely hectic! Saturday night the heater in my house broke, saturday morning our oven caught fire, and then this morning my dad fell down the stairs and it’s very hard for him to move. We think he might’ve broken or fractured something in his lower back or his hip.
I’m so excited 2nd semester starts tomorrow! It means new classes, new people, new teachers, and new CLOTHES! :D hah I love opportunities for new outfits.

I haven’t posted a pictures in what… one week, week in a half? School has been crazy for me! I have 3 projects due next week (which instead of working on them, i go outside and take a picture of what i’m going to be wearing to a dinner party in a few weeks) haha can’t you tell I’m working so hard on them? I’m sooo happy it’s snowing!! I absolutely love love love snow! This is the jacket I was telilng you about in my last post – the one my best friend gave me :)!! I’m going to be in the fredericksburg christmas parade tonight (fun fun) sarcasm It’s going to be freezinggg!! But anywayss, I’m going to go and work on those darn projects!! Tell me what you think!! :)

Today I decided to wear my favorite spring dress but toning it down to suit fall (inspiration came from many other chictopians that I have seen with a similar idea). I had a fantastic day today! I got a 90% on an Algebra 3 test!! (I’m horribleee at math!). Oh, and I got a new bra! It’s from Victoria’s Secret and it’s so comfortable. It’s $50 but totally worth every penny. You can do 7 different things with all the different straps it comes with! I totally recommed it!:) In my photos: the dog I’m standing by is mine (duh) :) her name’s Persephone! Named after the greek goddess!! and the one of me kindof sitting on the swing was plan B. Plan A was me standing on the swing but me + heels + gravity + swing = broken ankle/disaster
