YAY for karaoke nights with the girls!
I paired this Rodarte for Target dress with black tights and a pair of slouchy suede boots. I’ve dressed this up a lot more before but for a night running around a college town, flat boots are much more appropriate. I love this little red bag. It adds a perfect touch, I think. And it was only $5 from H&M! They have the best sales!
Not writing much tonight. I have class in the morning. This college thing would be so much better if it didn’t involve class :P Goodnight loves!

Anytime any hunch punch is consumed by yours truly, dancing follows. Lots and lots of dancing. This night was no different. :)
The big purple sweater is so soft and comfy it’s like wearing your boyfriend’s sweatshirt but even better. I layered it with the sheer tights and cable-knit thigh highs because it gets pretty damn cold here in knoxville. But what I did for warmth actually turned out pretty cute. I didn’t realize how much I liked the outfit until the next day when I was going through photos. haha The flats, I just took out of my friends closet for the night. These pretty comfy shoes are great for a casual party where drinking and goofy dancing might happen. Aka college. :) The necklace was actually a locket but it broke off while I was at the party so I just tied it in a knot. Hello new necklace!! If you’ve never heard of Jac Vanek, look her up. I’m in love with these chunky wristbands. Mine says ‘lovestruck’ but there are tons of different ones.
Anyhooo, hope everyone has a wonderful week :)

Here I am again with the abundance of color. What can I say, I’m addicted!
This is a photo from this summer.
The tank top was 4 pounds in London. Great price, I bought too many of them! New Look is a great place to buy basics when you’re in the UK. They have so many styles and so many colors all for AWESOME prices. I saw the skirt at Delia’s over a year ago and HAD to have it. It’s still my favorite. I love the colors and the fact that it’s a high waist. The shoes were cheap, I don’t remember where I bought them but they go with EVERYTHING. It’s ridiculous. I wear them all the time. You can even see where the heel is messed up. But oh well, you get what you pay for I suppose. :) I found the ring at the bar I worked at this summer while I was closing. I have no idea who it belongs too but I love it. haha The bracelet was given to me by my friend Andre in Cologne, Germany.
I’m not really sure what to put for the occassion. I’m in college and we pretty much dress up anytime we go to a social event unless we’re too tired and lazy from class to do so. I would wear this to a party or the bars or out to eat with my sisters. You be the judge :) xo

This is such an old photo. It was taken by Lake Toxaway in NC. It was a beautiful fall day. A little chilly but I felt comfortable in jeans and a warm top. This outfit was ridiculously comfy. The top is has a sweatshirt feel to it but it doesn’t look sloppy because it has a nice fit and the studs are a great touch. The jeans and the boots are so broken in so I wear them every other day pretty much. I just threw the necklace on because it was in the backseat of my car so why not…? The hat is my favorite possession. Well, it WAS. Until I lost it on a late night adventure on New Years. Sad life.

If it isn’t obvious, I love color. It’s freezing in NYC these days so I bundled up in comfy things. Just like everyone has their comfort foods, I have my comfort pieces. The jeans are so worn in and comfortable, it’s like wearing sweats. The sweater was only $30 and is honestly the softest sweater I’ve ever worn. I bought 5 of them in different colors. They’re long enough for tights or leggings yet work perfectly with jeans. The coat is off eBay. I rarely buy anything off eBay but I adore the color so I took a chance and it’s amazing. So soft and ridiculously warm for how lightweight it is. In my opinion you can never have too much color. Opinions? :)
