Lately my main goal in dressing has been to stay warm and look nice. Which isn’t easy with all the snow we’ve been having. I definitely find myself wear lots of black, with blazers and dress. But my main goal is being able to express myself by being really girly and feminine but with a bit of edge.

Today was a slightly cool day so I pulled out my blazer from its hibernation. It was a little too simple so I added this ruffled pin that I made a while ago which worked perfectly. Then I added my favorite vintage tee with the Beatles on it and some skinnies. Lastly I grabbed this vintage clutch which was actually from the back of my moms closet, major score.

Today is a good day. Perfect weather, not to hot and not to cool. I wish more days could be like this. I am of course dreading the summer ending and life going back to its normal busy self.

Today my time was spent with my sisters. We had breakfast and spent a little time shopping in afterwards. Its been a very good relaxed day.

This outfit was actually created around the glasses. So once I knew I wanted to wear the glasses everything else just came together. The best piece is actually my belt. Its hard to see the detail but the entire belt is beaded with black and gold small shiny beads, so gorgeous. I actually wore this outfit shopping, which is probably the last thing I need to do these days but I can’t help myself!!

I decided to mix some pieces together that I just felt like weaaring. I’ve had this belt for so long and I really wanted to wear it so I threw it on with an AA tee a pleated skirt, tights and my favorite shoes of the moment. I love these shoes, not only for the 6 inch wedge but they are just so sexy to me.
