I went through a phase where I shopped exclusively at Hot Topic, but I have to tell you I learned my lesson quickly. Their stuff is REALLY cute, but NOT very well made. Their jewelry especially seems to fall apart easily, and it's definitely over priced for how easily it breaks.

I happen to love Hot Topic's earrings. It's not the first place I stop for accessories [or earrings], but they do have a cute array of earrings and they come in my favorite colors...hot pink and black! :) They also have cute Disney/cartoon ones as well. HOWEVER, their brand of hoops [painted over silver] chip off very easily, so stay away from those.
