Today I’m going to ikea to purchase a shelf! A glorious day for all my books and records will have a home off of the floor!
The blouse is silk with a bit of tulle in the shoulder for a small puff. The shorts are wool cut from ladies trousers. This is my favourite everyday outfit!

This is my go-to dress for any moderately formal event! It’s silk velvet with gossamer puffed sleeves and a black velvet bow down the front. The hat belonged to my husband’s great-grandma and is also brown velvet. The purse is faux fur – a gift from a very dear friend of mine!

i’m planning on wearing this dress to the Chictopia10 event this saturday. Only I’ve yet to find the perfect coat to match with it. While I do like being swaddled in pink I reckon this is perhaps a bit overboard for a day devoted to fashion! If you are attending the event pop over and say hi! xo
