doesn’t hurt to hit up all the major cities, since Europe is pretty small :) Vienna is definitely a must-see, for the shopping if not the gorgeous architecture
posted about 1 year agoI’d say East Europe, went there last summer and loved it :)
Must see: Prague, Vienna, Salzberg :)
Try southern France (Marsaille or the Provences). I also recommend SPAIN. Madrid is nice because you can easily travel to Segovia, Avila, Toledo and smaller nearby towns on your time off. Also, Madrid International Airport is a subway ride away and you can hop on a plane and get to Geneva, Switerland in 2 hours via EasyJet flight for like 99USD… haha, endless possibilities, but I would go for Madrid, Spain :)

posted about 1 year agoNorthern France is gorgeous as well. I stayed in Lille for a couple of days and I loved it. You’re also close to Belgium, and Bruges is absolutely a must-see. It’s gorgeous, and the shopping’s great too. Lots of little tourist-trap chocolate shops and awesome restaurants, and if you look around enough there’s some great other places, too.
