I am taking a four day trip to New York, New York mostly in the Broadway districts.
I need to know what are some good places to eat lunch?
Any good places in Herald Square & Penn Station?
Weather, i live in Florida, I usually wear skirts, too cold for that?
Packing advice?
I want to blend with the normal crowd, not look too much like a tourist,
because people prey on that kind of stuff!
It is way too cold in NYC to wear skirts without leggings or tights!
Be prepared to pack a day outfit and a night outfit or something that can transition well with the right accessories.

tooooo cold for skirts lol
i’m from ohio, i’ve gone up there on the fourth of july and still wore jeans!
and if you don’t want to look touristy, it’s not about clothes it’s about your attitude. Just look like you know what you’re doing and know where you’re going. New Yorkers aren’t the vicious dogs people make them out to be. And I would totally say go to Ellen’s Stardust Diner ! it’s fantastic, really!
