can anyone telll me where i can order them online besides urban outfitters please they fit kinda of big there im looking for a size 24..where did you get yours? I seen lots of chictopians wearing them

You could buy some Levi’s and cut off the legs. I don’t know how much they cost, mind you, but i’m sure you could snap some up second hand or on eBay…
