a light brown with black is brilliant. if it doesnt work for you, leave it for the others!

I think a silky/shiny brown works best, or lighter browns/bronze almost.
Browns with pink undertones are best.
I see no reason for it not to work, especially if the brown is a lighter shade, or is bordering on burgundy.
posted almost 3 years agoI find it works best if the fabrics are of the same type, than if they are completely different.
It also can look good if the clothing is brown and the accessories are black, or vice versa. It really depends.

I find that it can be ok sometimes, like that Ralph Lauren collection was really nice, you just have to keep it mixed all over and coordinated as in blacks matching each other and browns matching each other, and keep it classy.
