Would they give me a decent price though? My boyfriend suggested something like Platos but I don’t want to get ripped off.posted over 2 years ago
A lot of people sale things on here. I think the place where you can get the most money is ebay. Is there a certain reason why you didnt want to go with ebay, if you didnt mind me asking?posted over 2 years ago
Because I worry if I create an account just for the purse no one would buy it as I wouldn’t have any feedback. Lol, if I’m buying a $400 bag I’d want to know they were legit.posted over 2 years ago
And I feel like a moron, haha thank you for suggesting I sell it here! I totally forgot about that option. :)posted over 2 years ago

Hello, I’m a seller on eBay for 12 years now. You’re concern is justified as their rules especially for designer purses are strict. You can however contact an eBay Trading Assistant which is someone that sells for other people on eBay. They take a commission but eBay will get you the highest price anyway. Or, you can find a local consignment shop where they can sell your purse in their store also.posted over 2 years ago
Oh okay I completely understand because I would be a little apprehensive with buying from someone who doesnt have any feedback.posted over 2 years ago
You’ve never brought anything from ebay before? When I started selling on ebay, I had a bunch of positive feedback as a buyer. A lot of ebayers start by getting a good reputation as a buyer first, and then start selling.posted over 2 years ago

You said that you won the purse, so you didn’t pay any money from it. So even if a consignment store offers you less than the RRP price to buy it off you, it’s really not like you’re losing anything. In fact you’d be gaining money by selling it instead of keeping the prize for yourself.
I guess try a few different consignment stores, there are even some which operate online. Or if you have a personal blog you could try selling it on that. You could try selling it on here but you’d have to message Cherichictopia to ask, as I think you may only be allowed to if you are a shop owner…posted over 2 years ago
