preferably pretty cheap, i tried forever 21 they were sold out.

I got mine at Target. I think they were $5, they might have been less. Unfortunately they ripped after one wear. :/ (but I’m pretty sure that was my fault.)

If you’re thinking online, try eBay (lots of China/Hong Kong/Korean wholesalers list their items there). Or GMarket, and you’d better get Google to translate the pages first. It’s messy as hell but you can find A CRAZY TON of bargains (not just tights, but also clothes, shoes, bags, nail polish, jewellery, etc) in there, if you’re willing to look.

Or try your local reject shop or something. I’ve found a couple of pretty awesome things at my nearest one. Hope this helps!

H&M has some. I think I paid $5 for so for polka dotted ones and stripped ones in a pack together
