You can’t calculate it as $60 for one item. you have to calculate it in terms of how often you wear it. If I buy a $100 coat and I wear it 100 times the cost per wear is $1. If I buy a $20 dress but only wear it twice, the cost per wear is $10. Therefore it would be better to purchase the more expensive item that I will wear more than the cheaper item which I won’t wear.
