Does anyone know where I can buy some really cheap high-waisted jeans in a nice wash? I really don’t want to spend a lot of money on them, because I want to start stocking up for Fall.
I’m feeling DIY and I want to cut them into shorts that are a good length, not too short, not too long.

So any ideas of places I can check out?

thrift stores. there’s so many of those old mom jeans from the 80’s/90’s that if you diy them, they look really cute!!

If you are just planning on cutting them up then go to the misses section clearance racks at a department store. Or, a better idea, like woocie said, is just thrift for them.
