Definitely 2 because I have no self control like that, haha. Well, ok I’d look around to find another pair that I liked, but if I didn’t I would just get the one pair.
posted over 3 years agohonestly knowing myself i’d probably buy 4. i’m the dream consumer for all of these bogo sales…i LOVE shoes!
posted over 3 years agoonly if i can find another pair worth buying/that i would have liked anyway.
i’ve bought too many things in the past that i didnt love totally just because they were a good price, and then they sit untouched in the back of my closet. and ten$ saved where i dont need to spend it could go towards my starbucks addiction, or something else better!
I would definetly buy 2 pairs. If I didn’t find a second pair that I liked then I would get the second pair as a gift for my mum or a friend.
posted over 3 years agoHaha, two. Actually this exact thing happened when my mom and I were shopping on boxing week. In total, we ended up buying 3 for $60 (2 for her, 1 for me)!
posted over 3 years agoIf I’m with a friend and we each want 1 pair of shoes, I ask if she wants to split the $ so we both get a pair @ half off. That’s by far the best deal, since each person is only spending $15. (Though I do like the gift idea, not every shoe fits everyone the same, so I’ve never bought shoes for anyone, and I especially wouldn’t on a whim.)
Most of the time, I’ll buy 1 pair that I really like/need, since I don’t want to go through another shoe purging. It would be too painful, especially if I had to decide between 2 kinds of boots I wear often. On the rare occasion that I see two pairs around the same price that I want to take home and also fit, I usually do a walkabout in each pair (to make sure they’re comfortable; I do this 2 times w/ heels.) and wiggle my toes in them as I weigh my options one last time. if there’s not enough room to wiggle comfortably, I’m not buying it.
As I mentioned before, boots are my weakness, with flats as a runner-up. Other than that, I’m super-choosy with my shoes.
posted over 3 years agoBoth, most definitely. Though it is $10 more now, you’re saving (possibly) $20 in the future.
posted over 3 years agoDefinitely both. If you think about it, its only $20 a pair, or the second pair is only $10. Great money saver in the long run.
posted over 3 years agoCan I get one in another color? Haha. If not, you’ll just have two of the same show right? Well, it depends on whether or not you want an identical shoe for the future in case the original broke or something, then why not? =]
