if im picturing it correctly, id try tights and a shoes with scrunched socks, to cover up the shortness. hope i helped!

like what everyone else said, you could also just try wearing a looser top so the skirt is super obvious and it isnt the first thing someone sees. i am sure the skirt isn’t trashy!

there is nothing wrong with a short skirt. try a long sleeved american apparel bodysuit. Its got a really nice low back but the sleeves are flattering. If you act trashy you look trashy….If you wear a short skirt you look hot

Wear tights with it, a shirt that has at least short sleeves, (cover at least half of your upper arm) and don’t wear a heel with it.
