call me crazy. this trend is just as terrible as the orange skinned girls strolling around with their velour jumpsuit tucked into their ugg boots.
p.s. i don’t “hate” this trend…hate is quite a strong word, if there were a forum category here entitled “which trend you dislike”...this topic would most likely be in that category.
i own a lot of these in different colors.. but then i dont have the ones that go all the way up to the knee…
gladiators are cute and fashionable but u just hafta be safe on putting it with ur outfit if u dont wanna look “trying hard”...

I caved and bought a pair of plain, ankle-height, black gladiators. I actually like them despite the rest of the female population my age owning a pair.
I only have a problem with the kind that have a zipper at the back for “ease of wearing”. They look like thick plasters on the back of your legs. Ick.
Guilty here. I really like the straps, the studs and all… and I think it depends on who wears and what she wears the shoes with.

i have a more traditional pair in plain black and then the steve madden banglez which, to be fair, i don’t believe are gladiators simply because theyre strappy. i dont care, i like em.

Which is funny because a year back when it was at the height of trends, I hated it! Now though, when it’s winter and you can’t wear them anyway, I’m loving it. Majorly.
How did that happen? I saw Rihanna wearing a knee high pair and I feel in love. xD
I just ordered a pair of gold knee high ones from amiclubwear and I can’t wait for it to come!
