i don’t know if it’s too early for boots shopping at this time, but i recently purchased
a new pair of high flat leather boots from aldo. i realize these style of boots were in
at least for a few years now, and not that i care too much if it’s ‘in’ or ‘out, i don’t
want to be seen as outdated by others. the reason why i chose this style was so it
would be easy to match with my tights/skinnies, and so it could cover my gigantic
calfs—and practical for school.
here is the link to the boots i bought:
( remember to copy and paste the whole link if you want to see a picture )

&ckey=CA&colorid=97
...no spaces. sry, still getting used to this forum.
so you fashionable chictopians, any suggestions?
what style of shoes/boots are you wearing this coming season?

gah, i couldn’t see the pic. I’m not giving up my collection of knee-high leather vintage boots – it took me forever to amass ones in my size. BUT i’m really into ankle boots, and i think i may pick up a pair of oxfords or two just to even things out…i’m also a bit jealous of the girls here who can handle high heels (those black oxford stilettos are killing me!) on a daily basis. but oh well. i learned long ago that pain never looks good.

i really want helpful opinions regarding
my new purchase. :’(...

i think your boot choice is really great! they’re actually the opposite of dated… they seem perfectly classic to me, and look very well-made.

you can use html code to insert an image:
< img src=”http://www.site.com/pic.jpg”; >
just get rid of the spaces on the two ends. :)
