I was answering with the idea of “investment” more in mind than anything about “It” status. The Nightingale is big, roomy, simple, and understated. Which is all you really need when you’re investing in a bag, no?posted about 8 years ago
Okay I’m getting the Chanel next year on my A Level Results, so I need something a bit cheaper and something for this year.posted about 8 years ago
If you’re looking for something a bit cheaper try the Louis Vuitton speedy bag. But get the mini ln design, it much less common and the othersposted about 8 years ago
Chanel classic flaps are the ultimate investment bags. But I do have to admit, the PS1 is freaking freaking awesome (!!!!)posted about 8 years ago
I would go for a classic Balenciaga, they look really good with anything from jeans and a tee to a dress and coat (:posted about 8 years ago
I’d recommend a huge black leather bag by Alexander Wang,
since not too many people have them and you can’t tell which brand they are,but the quality is fantastic!
please do not waste your money on a trend that will only last the maximum of 3 years!!!! get a classic louis vuitton speedy, or a messanger bag. or go with a classic black chanel 2.5. those will ALWAYS remain in style! =)posted about 8 years ago
I love the Speedy! I love LV too!
But something a little less expensive than a lV is a TANO bag. I like the plumb colored one in the style that’s deep and has an adjustable handle.
I like chanel too. My mom and grandmother all have it. I don’t have as much allowance this year to spend on trendy bags. Although Marc by Marc Jacobs is good too.posted almost 8 years ago
Another vote for the Chanel flap bag. And it’s so timeless you can’t go wrong.posted almost 8 years ago
