I’m still iffy on over-the-knee boots, they do look great on Kate Moss. For now I’m happy with over-the-knee socks…no so Julie Roberts in Pretty Woman. But if I were to get them…I’d get a pair of black suede ones…saw them on ebay for only $40.posted about 6 years ago
I saw some beautiful Jimmy Choo over the knee boots… http://www.net-a-porter.com/product/33662
now all I need is $1400…
Im going to have to go with slutty if you dont wear it with pants. If you wear it with pants it just looks meh.. but it’s also not my style soposted about 6 years ago
i think anything is okay as long as it’s styled right.
but you have to make sure you don’t make the look
trashy, as those boots are often associated with
hookers. i personally wouldn’t wear them, seeing
that i’m sixteen, but if you’re confident enough that
you can coordinate your outfit well, go for it! why not?
As long as they aren’t patent leather, you’re good to go.
Also, I think the slouched boot/suede actually looks better with a taller boot.
these are taking it to the next level lol. i HATE the bottom. pointtyy galore.
i agree with simplicit’s comment.. you just have to style them right ..but i’m also sixteen and i looove them.. i’m looking all over for them :) sadly i can’t find any good ones ..but i wouldn’t go with shiny either :/posted about 6 years ago
I also like the flat suede ones! Unless you are very careful and keep everything else very casual they look a bit tacky.posted almost 6 years ago
I love them in black suede. There are a bunch on sale on ebay for under $40. As long as they aren’t the Black Patent PVC platform stiletto pair that Julia Roberts wears in “Pretty Woman”...they can look chic…unless you want the L.A. hooker look.posted almost 6 years ago
I love my pair (you can check my profile for to see pics), and I think I make them work. The flatness works with this, doesn’t look cheap or slutty at all. They are also handy in winter, keeps the legs warm :Dposted almost 6 years ago
love them,,,still i’m not tall enough to actually wear them frequently.just for special occasionsposted over 2 years ago
