I don’t mind if someone is taking the picture for me/of me. If I have to set up a tripod, it makes me feel awkward. It’s definitely not a common thing and people just stop to stare…
If someone is photographing me, no problem!
my yard is pretty big so if I ever take photos, it’s there. but it’s a little awk when the neighbors are outside lol.

I definitely feel akward posing in public. Thankfully, I live in a remote area and so most of my pics are natural scenes. Props to those of you who can do it though!
posted about 1 year agoYes, I feel weird when my neighbors stare at me too! LOL. But I think they’re used to it now since I’ve been doing it for a few months now. :)
posted about 1 year agoYup! Definately awkward. My boyfriend’s pictures of me, or my timer ones are always the ones I like most. If I do any in public places I still purposefully look for a quiet space. Worst thing I find is having friends take my blog pictures. I get awkward plus they often don’t get how I want them to frame the shot and its too difficult and awkward to explain (plus then I HAVE to use the photos or they’ll be offended!) eek.
posted about 1 year agoI’m most comfortable taking pictures in my room, but my room is kind of a mess, so I resort taking pictures at my backyard. But I often use a tripod since I’m not so comfortable having others take a picture of me. Lol
posted about 1 year agoI don’t really mind taking pictures in public areas. I take a lot of my pictures on campus at my university so it’s hard to get away from the other students. Nobody seems to give it a second look though.
posted about 1 year agoI don’t do it in busy public place because it will be too nise on the photo. So, I usually take some shoots in public garden, and I am confident enough in posing in front of people there!
If you are not confident, then don’t do it, because it can affect your mood and the holistic look on your photos.
I’m kind of new to all these photoshoot things and I find it a bit awkward to pose in front of people. They just stop and stare at me like I’m famous :)
posted about 1 year agoit is definitely a little weird. I live in NYC, so everyone stares and is watching while I am taking my pictures, but I guess I’m used to it now? :)

posted about 1 year agoI think I will try to pose in public this week. lol. I hope i dont have a panic attack!
posted about 1 year agoha… i also feel soooo weird when i take pics…. actually my bf take them for me but i feel strange telling him what i want and sometimes we fight about it :) also don’t like people starring at me like i’m freak…. guess time will help to be comfy….
posted about 1 year agohttp://stylebykarro.blogspot.com/ my blog pictures are usually taken in very empty places… I try to avoid busy streets even i like it as a background, but however, in my village like city people just stare and i cant work like this. Some of them even stop to watch, the old ones mostly. and other people try to avoid and leave so much space that i get more attention. UGh…. i really feel annoyed about it so i better choose parks or not traffic jam hours.
