I use Nikon Coolpix S220. Sometimes it’s perfect, sometimes not. I want to taking pictures clearly but sometimes it’s not as what I expected. Most of it get blur. Any tricks to make it clear photos? If it’s about resolution, I’ve set it to be the largest, and it’s not help much. I’ve try with it feature, such as close-up, portrait, depend on the condition, but still…

I’m not sure the extent to which you can customize features with your camera, but a long shutter speed will make your pics blurry. typically with point-and-shoots, the less light you have, the longer the automatic shutter speed. it’s best to shoot with lots of light, because it’ll make your pics less grainy as well.

another thing that might make your pics blurry is just the shake from your hand—you could place the camera on a steady surface and use the timer to see if your pics get any less blurry.
