A few days ago I added an old photo to the Lookbook site, just out of boredom. I forgot to be honest, but just now remembered and checked for comments – and had one from some girl telling me I am fat because my thighs are touching in the picture! What the F??
It’s no wonder people have body issues when people like that are out there giving out ‘advice’ like that. I am not fat; I am healthy! Ridiculous!
This is the look she was commenting on.

I love Chictopia for its freedom from losers like that :)
posted almost 4 years agoSome poeple are so rude and so narrow minded about what is considered normal.
I had an insult like it posted on my chicblog the other day. I’ve deleted it now because I don’t see the point in keeping negative comments unless they’re constructive but the basic jist of it was that this person told me that I shouldn’t ever wear shorts because I don’t have the bmi of an anorexic.
posted almost 4 years agoFirst off I like your oufit, and second like everyone else said, you’re not fat!
posted almost 4 years agoObviously aranell has a healthy, average physique. And it’s great that most of you have encouraged her and acknowledged that everyone has a different shape.
However, I have a problem with users like overtherainbow who feel the need to insult ‘bony’ people in the process. She is thinking with the same mindset as the person on Lookbook who left the comment in the first place. So don’t give out positive affirmation if you’re going to up and bash another set of people’s appearances in the process.
